Sourced from a family farm in Song Yang county in the coastal Province of Zhejiang, this organically grown tea is named for the high elevation at which it is grown. This mountain farm is surrounded by temples, terraces, and beautiful rural villages. Timberline Morning is best enjoyed hot when the weather is cool and brisk.

Use 1 tsp per 8oz of water.
Your water should be 185-200℉.
Ideal steeping time is 3-5 minutes.
